  My partner Colette and I had Duck Duck Goose cater for our wedding reception. We were drawn to their diverse menu and, having attended a tasting night months before the big day, could attest to the quality of their food. Corrinne (event manager), Josh (exec chef) and the rest of the Duck Duck Goose team played an invaluable part in our little celebration. Corrinne offered useful menu and party supply recommendations, was receptive to our feedback and worked flexibly with our schedule. At the reception, our guests were impressed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the wait/bar staff, and raved about the food, which included antipasto and fruit platters; a taleggio, smoked basil & tomato tart; Asian-braised pork belly; eye fillet with quince glaze; and Chinese-braised duck. During the main course, the wait staff even came around to top-up plates with extra eye fillet slices, which greatly pleased everyone. While Colette and I didn't have an opportunity to taste the vegetarian main, we were assured it was excellent. A special mention must go to the Duck Duck Goose staffer who, months and months prior to our wedding, recommended what would become our reception venue (Eagle's Rest). Thank you Corrinne, Josh and co for helping ensure our celebration was enjoyable and hassle-free. We have fond food memories!
